As part of our service we will only collect information from you that enables us to prepare your quotation and process your order, and will only contact you regarding your quotation or order.
As a minimum we collect, your First & Last name, Business Address, e-mail address and contact telephone number, we may also collect an alternative address from you in order to fulfil your order. Where we are supplying and installing vehicle graphics, we also keep a record of the registration number of the vehicle.
When obtaining information from you we will do this by phone, email, post or face to face and will confirm the accuracy of the data collated. It is important that all the data we hold on you is accurate. Where you provide your personal data on our website it will be taken as a positive action that you would like us to contact you for the purpose as set out on our website.

We may obtain information from other sources such as public records, if required. This is to enable us to verify who you are and validate the information provided.
How will we use this information?
We will only use your data in ways that you would reasonably expect us to. Below summarises how we use your data.
We will use the information you provide to us to prepare and store accurate quotations and order history. We will use the information provided to contact you about our quotation, communicate about your order, to follow up on any services provided, and should there be any future concerns over the safety or suitability of the products supplies.
Where your circumstances or personal information have changed we will update our records.
The data provided will also assist with processing future orders, our Management Information System, stores, organises and archives all the information on previous orders and quotations, including previous specifications, colour choices, materials, artwork, sizes and costings. This enables us to provide an efficient and consistent service for repeat orders.
The lawful basis on which we use this information
How we use your information (detailed above) we will do so using the lawful basis of contract. We have concluded that it is necessary to process and store the above information in order to carryout out our business, and form the necessary contract.
Who will it be shared with?
Where required we will forward only the essential information to a third party. Such situations that arise requiring the sharing of your information include, sharing of personal information and address details for the purpose of delivery by a third party. On occasions we may choose to use a 3rd party contractor to assist with production and installation, and will share only the minimum amount of information for a third party to
